They are the best, two surgery's in two yrs. Left rotator cuff. No pain at all. I couldn't even lift my arm. Broke me ankle. 9 screws and a plate, no pain unless it's cold. Lol. Now waiting on knee surgery, sure they'll do a great job.

I had knee replacement surgery almost 3 weeks ago. And I wanted to say how great Shayla and April from the surgeral unit were. They where so kind and helpful. There aren't enough words on how great Molly is to work with. I'm now in PT that is still up in the air. Cassie has been very good to work with.

Tri-City Orthopedic Clinic called me back at my appointment time. They were professional and efficient; having my X-rays as well as MRI films and history. Dr Fitzgerald not only explained my condition, he also showed me what he was talking about. That allowed me to make an informed decision as to what I was going to do. I feel he did a thorough assessment and feel confident about proceeding forward with the procedure that he will perform.

What a great doctor! He helped to make everything clear as to what to expect, and advised the best treatment for my situation. I feel very comfortable with his care!

Eric Lowe is a wonderful provider! Very kind and gentle. Took time to explain what he was seeing on the ultrasound with the bursitis in my left knee, drained the fluid, injected some anti-inflammatory medication. If any follow up procedures need to be done, I would go back to Eric in a heartbeat!! He's a wonderful provider! Five stars!

Very quick and very professional. I was in and out of the room in record time. The Doctor knew exactly what he was doing.

My husband repeatedly to " Go see Julie".. and honestly, he is not the type that he endorsed anyone.. After my first visit with Julie, I knew she was The One. I have seen a few other Ortho docs in the Tri Cities over the past few years about my knee pain, they all seem to have a hurry get you in the room, make you wait manner, sometimes having me wait up to 30 mins in the exam room - before they coming in...Theywould give my shot, say "call us if you have any problems" and then hurry on to their next patient. From setting my appt to checking in at the front desk. it has all been easy, caring, and professional experiences. The icing on my visit is Julie!!! She is Amazing, Kind and Hilarious. I know it will a great visit. We are always laughing, both before & after my shots..

Dr.Julie is absolutely the best and The MRI technicians are excellent and so very nice they attended to my every issue 🥰 But to me DrJulie feels like part of my family Loves DrFitzgerald as well 😍

We love the service at Tri-City Orthopedics. The people who check us in always make us feel welcome and that we matter. There is virtually no wait time--in fact, usually the PA comes out to get us! These people know their jobs, and we know we are going to get the best care.

Molly listened to my complaints (even when I rambled) and offered me some sensible solutions. She gave me a thorough exam and made me feel like my concerns were being heard.

TCO always gets you in quickly. Skilled professions. Joe gives options for treatment. Took the lowest level but know if knee pain doesn’t go away there are 2 more option. (No surgery). Totally trust all the staff at TCO.

My wife and I have been going there for quite a few years. We have nothing but rave reviews for TCO appointments are very efficient and the help is over the top. I am currently seeing Molly for a hip problem and if you want a breath of fresh air she’s your girl, upbeat, respectful, listens, and very knowledgeable doesn’t get any better 10 out of 10.
