Doctors are great and so is the staff. The did what they could to avoid surgery but the end I needed to do it and they made it easy and helpful. Only place to go.

Considerate of my time, friendly and thorough

Several of my family have received knee and ankle replacements at Tri-Cities orthopedics with flawless experiences. I drove four hours from my home to visit and discuss options for my shoulder replacement. I met with Joseph Webb and was pleased to learn, from his vast experience, about the many options I had to choose from. He also shared a procedure not offered by Tri-Cities as a possibility. This level of education and transparency highly impressed me. I was given information to help me best choose for my health need, not options that would best serve Tri-Cities orthopedics. This says much about Joseph Webb and Tri-Cities orthopedics. It is not about the money but what is best for the patient. Even if one must travel four hours, this is the place to receive orthopedic care.

Very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything about my options very well on ways to go about healing process and possible out comes of each process.

Richard is highly personable, articulate and knowledgeable which are wonderful traits to encounter prior to surgery. He made my visit very comfortable.

Brian and Hanah were very helpful. I went to the urgent care first and they were very little help. I appreciated that TCO got me in so quickly and were so helpful. I got the answers and help for my hurt for that I needed. Thanks again TCO.

Very politely told me that im too heavy for knee replacement.it was nice to consider my feelings.I wish that I was offered some suggestions for relief in the meantime other than pain meds .Either way good experince.nice staff.doc has good bedside manner.

Very efficient office! Joe is excellent and was able to pinpoint the issue quickly and on the spot. He listened and after a few motion movements and x-rays to confirm his suspicions, he pinned the problem. Highest recommendations.

First time working with Jessica Murphy, and she was wonderful! Very efficient and quick with the work, but took the time to engage with me and listen. Very rare for health care providers nowadays. And Parker was great too, as well as the X-Ray techs!

My appointment with Molly London (ARNP) was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, listened well, and was sensitive to my injury and needs. I truly felt heard and taken care of. Everyone at the practice I interacted with was great!

I have been a Patient of Dr.Merrill and Eric Lowe PA for about ten years. During that time they performed three joint surgeries on me:2 hip and 1 knee. I have had very few problems with the surgeries. The knee felt like Mother Natures own then and several years later still does. Any “problems” have been minor and were resolved quickly. If my other knee decides to go the route of the first I will once again choose Dr. Merrill and Eric Lowe PA to perform the surgeries. I have total confidence in them.

Jessica Murphy at TCO has been amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain and answer any questions. It will be time for 2nd knee soon and knowing I will have her support makes that easier.

The entire staff is so nice here. Jessica Murphy, my ARNP, is the best. She took time to carefully explain everything before she administered my Iovera treatment and then again at my pre op appointment. I highly recommend this clinic.

Was very honest and professional

Dr Perry is a great Dr. Very down to earth, personable and yet professional. Highly skilled surgeon with your best recovery being his only option. Follow his directions, you will be rewarded with a good experience.

Dr. Perry is great! A lot of other surgeons would have recommended surgery for a torn labrum in my shoulder. Dr Perry was way more conservative and recommended that I try a simple cortisone injection and then a couple months of Physical Therapy. My shoulder feels much better!

Every staff member was very nice, they took great care of me from start to finish. I really appreciate that I was under anesthesia before I got to the OR. That helped ease the nerves extremely. I am very thankful to Dr Stevens for helping me walk again and get my confidence and quality of life back!

I have had 3 appointments in preparation for foot surgery. First with a PA resulting in a referral to the surgeon to confirm surgery is needed and finally the Pre-op appointment. Although I've had to wait about 15-20 minutes in the waiting room, the visits have been relatively quick. The PA was friendly, explained what was causing my pain and offered suggestions based on my lifestyle. The surgeon was the same- very positive, listened to my needs and confirmed we were headed in the right direction. All staff is courteous and professional. I will update my review once surgery is complete

I have battled with an injured shoulder for 3 years and after moving to Washington I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Fitzgerald. The care and communication has been nothing short of a blessing. I am 4 days post op and haven't felt this good since before I was injured. Thank you so much Doctor, I can't thank you enough for helping me get back up on my feet.

(Later) I am now two weeks post shoulder replacement surgery. I have to say that the surgery center experience was excellent. I was well cared for the entire time. My nerves were calmed and the staff was kind and attentive. I continue to be pleased with the overall service. The post surgery pain was much less than I anticipated, now intermittent 1/10. I am tired of the required sling, only four more weeks! Thanks for the clear explanations and encouragement. You and your staff are great. Later: Now I am 7 weeks after the replacement surgery. Finally out of that sling and starting to use my arm! Pain is only slight. I will work diligently to reverse the atrophy in my muscles. I feel like you offered and explained the best option for my particular circumstances. I understand and agree that now it depends on my diligence in following through with my rehab. Thanks again

Went there for my shoulder that I hurt. Dr. Webb was up front and gave me several options from best case scenario to worst case and gave me the control over what form of treatment but was also willing to give me his opinion on each option he gave and was informative. I really appreciated the fact he did not just want to go straight to surgery and is giving another form of treatment a chance.

Dr. Perry was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned with helping me achieve the best outcome for my injury.
