I started having knee problems and my mother had excellent care from Doctor Hansen for her knee so he was my first choice. After a visit At tri-city Orthopedic to see Dr Hansen I knew I needed a total kneer replacement . After 7 weeks I could not be more pleased. Better than I had hoped for. I was seeking a second opinion from Dr. Hansen for considerations regarding a total knee replacement. Dr Hansen was very thorough in assessing my knee, reviewing the x-rays and patiently answering all of my questions regarding options. I would highly recommend Dr. Hansen for anyone considering total knee replacement. Parker, Dr. Hansen‘s medical assistant was also very informative and efficient getting me checked in. TCO is a well run clinic based on my experiences. In the recent past, I had a rotator cuff repair with Dr. Fitzgerald with an excellent outcome. My shoulder is better now than before my slip & fall injury.

As hoped, Dr. Hansen provided thorough information based on my story and guided me through all options while helping me come to a good conclusion of pain relief. He’s got a great bedside manner.

These 2 doctors were great! My appointment was with the wrong doctor. They immediately fixed the problem. Everything i needed to know was explained so I understood. They also gave me documents in case I forgot some of it.

Dr. Hansen was great! He took the time to explain imaging results to me as well as what those meant. Again, did a fabulous job.

Dr Hansen and his team at TCO are the best! My new knee is only 6 weeks old and it's better than it has been for years!

I will eventually need my left knee replaced and I wanted to discuss options on the best timing. Dr. Hansen reviewed x-rays and reviewed the flexibility in the joint, plus a discussion on any pain or instability I’ve been having, with ultimately getting recommendation from Dr. Hansen that I do not need surgery now and probably several years away from needing surgery. He explained my situation very thoroughly and I am happy with the final results.

Dr Hansen is absolutely the doctor that you want for hips and knees in the Tri Cities. Their office is so well run that they think of everything preparing you for surgery. I’ve personally had three joints replaced by him and though I am looking at a 4th joint, I would not go anywhere else.
