Dr. Fitzgerald took the time needed to explain what my X-rays meant and the possible courses of action I could take to resolve my issue. His explanation was easily understood and this helped me decide the best course of action for me.

What an amazing facility, appointment was a breeze, and I only waited for the doctor maybe 5 minutes, took the time to show me the before MRI and the after MRI and explain it too me. If only I would have gone here to start!!!!

Thank you again Dr. Fitzgerald for the expert care and follow up. It’s been 3 months since my total shoulder replacement surgery and I am delighted with the results. I really don’t have much pain to speak of. Occasionally I try movement that is too ambitious for this stage of recovery. I do feel twinges that remind me to be patient with my recovery. At this point I do pretty much everything I want below shoulder height. I am still working with the overhead activities. I will keep working on it. See you in a year for a check up. Nathan Gerber

I have nothing but good things to say about Tri. City ortho and Doctor Fitzgerald and his staff, they are professional. They are friendly. The appointments are generally very smooth and on a timely manner. I had no negative issues after my shoulder surgery. Doctor Fitzgerald is very patient-friendly. He listens, he cares and he knows what he's doing. I extremely recommend him if you need shoulder surgery. And I also have issues with my knees and I hear nothing but good things about the doctors here from my friends and co-workers. So I highly recommend Tri city ortho to anyone. If you are having issues call there office & get an appointment. It can't hurt by talking to one of the doctors getting their opinion and go from there.

Although a surgeon, he ensures the after care provides what is needed to get my body as close as it use to be, or better. Super nice and knowledgeable

Dr Fitzgerald agreed to do my shoulder replacement surgery. I loved that the wait for my surgery was not more than a few weeks. He was able to replace my shoulder with no glitches or delays. In my memory, I experienced no pain after surgery. The only setback was something that led us to believe that I incurred an infection afterward, which led to a return to the hospital to make sure all was clear. Dr Fitzgerald was very concerned and attentive through the 2nd procedure and healing process. After antibiotic tratment, I retuned home and have healed extremely well. If I have another surgery in my future, I would hope Dr Judd Fitzgerald can do it.

Dr. Fitzgerald is the best as are all the staff at TCO. They take the time to make sure you understand all of your options and listen to your questions and concerns. I recommend TCO for all your orthopedic needs.

I’m 7 weeks post-op from arthroscopic labrum repair and biceps tenodesis with Dr. Fitzgerald. He explained everything clearly, was honest about recovery, and made me feel confident going in. Surgery went great, and his follow-up care + PT plan have been spot-on. I’m steadily regaining range of motion (still working on external rotation), and I’m already doing way more than I could a month ago. Highly recommend him for shoulder issues.

Friendly staff, easy check in, on site x-rays, professional office. Dr. Fitzgerald listened to my symptoms, very knowledgeable, made you feel like you actually mattered. Explained everything thoroughly and took time to answer my questions.
