I’m 7 weeks post-op from arthroscopic labrum repair and biceps tenodesis with Dr. Fitzgerald. He explained everything clearly, was honest about recovery, and made me feel confident going in. Surgery went great, and his follow-up care + PT plan have been spot-on. I’m steadily regaining range of motion (still working on external rotation), and I’m already doing way more than I could a month ago. Highly recommend him for shoulder issues.

Great professionalism in my communication with Dr. Fitzgerald about the details of the surgery. He is / was easy to communicate with and was a great help in answering some questions I had in regards to my post op. I was also needing to know how much time I’d need before I would be able to get back to work. Looking forward to my improved shoulder for the long term..!

Friendly staff, easy check in, on site x-rays, professional office. Dr. Fitzgerald listened to my symptoms, very knowledgeable, made you feel like you actually mattered. Explained everything thoroughly and took time to answer my questions.

All extremely caring, professional and friendly. Doctor and nursing staff as well as radiology were pleasant and offered great explanations of my diagnosis and treatment plan.

Dr. Fitzgerald’s nurse started my appointment off by being extremely kind and friendly as she transcribed the history of my knee, then Dr. Fitzgerald came in and made it all make sense. He is very kind, thorough, and excellent at explaining the mechanics behind what is most likely going on in my knee. One MRI coming up!

I had a massive tear in my rotator cuff Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff were awesome. After going over all the options clearly with me, it was determined the surgery was a must. His facility scheduled the surgery in a timely manner. The nurses that helped prepare me for the surgery were amazing. Dr. Fitzgerald is a great surgeon and has great bedside manner. The recovery was explained clearly and expectations were discussed. The results of the surgery have been incredibly and I am no my way back to normal activities. If I ever need orthopedic surgery again, I will definitely be seeing Dr. Fitzgerald. Big thanks to the whole team over at Tri City Orthopedic.

Absolutely amazing experience. He was very thorough and explained everything so well. I had x-rays done and left with a cortisone shot same visit. Most places you have to schedule multiple appointments for this. Highly recommend.

It’s a very nice clinic. I was very happy with my treatment and outcome. Dr Fitzgerald is very competent and professional. His informed consent was not pushy at all. He gave me my options and let me decide what I wanted. I got to have an anesthesiologist for my surgery, (versus a CNA), and they provided good follow up. I would recommend this practice.

I was in and out of there inside 20 minutes. Very efficient and everyone was respectful and courteous. Highly recommended.

It’s been one year now since my operation and I feel great pictures were taken make sure everything was aligned as it should be and I couldn’t be happier. The biggest thing about it is all that pain I had prior is gone since the surgery was done and has not returned

I hurt my knee called Ready Rebound which is a company my employer contracts with, the next day I was in to see Dr. Fitzgerald, got xrays of knee and have MRI lined up. Dr. Fitzgerald was very personable, asked lots of questions and had two options for me. I've been to many Orthopedics in my career as a firefighter and by far Dr. Fitzgerald is far superior to any of the other 4 I've seen. He cares about his patient's and there health and well-being is his number 1 priority.

Dr Fitzgerald was personal, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the MRI, my choices, the realistic outcomes if I chose to do shoulder surgery. I NEVER felt like he was pressuring me to do surgery and said if I chose surgery, I could cancel the day before if I chose to not do it. He said if I felt injections and PT were working and I felt better, don’t do the surgery. I trust this doctor completely so I chose to schedule surgery. His PA and MA are phenomenal too. They’re a great team. We’re truly blest to have a doctor and team of this caliber!

The appointments are generally very smooth and on a timely manner. I had no negative issues after my shoulder surgery. Doctor Fitzgerald is very patient-friendly. He listens, he cares and he knows what he's doing. I extremely recommend him if you need shoulder surgery. And I also have issues with my knees and I hear nothing but good things about the doctors here from my friends and co-workers. So I highly recommend Tri city ortho to anyone. If you are having issues call there office & get an appointment. It can't hurt by talking to one of the doctors getting their opinion and go from there.

Dr Fitzgerald was personal, professional and informative during my visit today. He explained options for treatment of my right knee issues and I opted for an injection to improve my pain that I was able to receive today. The only downside to my experience was learning that he no longer does knee replacement surgery that I might need in the future. The office staff was friendly and professional as well. A positive experience for me overall.
