Dr Hansen was very thorough and explained everything. It wasn’t the outcome I wanted but I respect his decision. He’s very nice also.

Dr. Hansen was great! He took the time to explain imaging results to me as well as what those meant. Again, did a fabulous job.

Dr Hansen quickly diagnosed my problem as bursitis after showing me the x-ray. He next prescribed the exercises and physical therapy that may help. I was very impressed with his helpfulness.

Dr Hansen and his team at TCO are the best! My new knee is only 6 weeks old and it's better than it has been for years!

I will eventually need my left knee replaced and I wanted to discuss options on the best timing. Dr. Hansen reviewed x-rays and reviewed the flexibility in the joint, plus a discussion on any pain or instability I’ve been having, with ultimately getting recommendation from Dr. Hansen that I do not need surgery now and probably several years away from needing surgery. He explained my situation very thoroughly and I am happy with the final results.

Dr Hansen is absolutely the doctor that you want for hips and knees in the Tri Cities. Their office is so well run that they think of everything preparing you for surgery. I’ve personally had three joints replaced by him and though I am looking at a 4th joint, I would not go anywhere else.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Hansen and all the staff at TriCities Orthopedic. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Thank you.

Dr. Hansen and his staff were very friendly- from check-in and x-ray to his assistant. They were on time with their scheduling, took time to listen to my concerns AND they followed up with clarifying questions to gain as much information about my condition as possible. Dr. Hansen made great eye contact with me when I spoke or asked questions (- which he's probably been asked thousands of times.) He was not dismissive of my concerns or my questions. Dr. Hansen took the time to clearly explain my x-rays with me so I could understand his medical review / conclusions. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hansen and his team.

I have been to TCO before but this was the first time that I had to pleasure of seeing Dr. Hansen. The appt. was wonderful. Dr. Hansen presented himself in a very professional manner. I felt very comfortable and felt I was in good hands and would be taken care of. After I had my X-rays Dr. Hansen explained the results in a very professional manner. After explaining the results he gave me options on proceding forward. He had his recommendations but allowed me to make the final decision. Dr. Hansen did total knee replacements on both my knees 6 weeks apart. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Molly was super and they were all very caring. I have my stability back! Thank you Dr. Hansen for making my knees better.

Dr. Hanson was very knowledgeable and he’s one of the only doctors that listened what I had to say with my pain and what was going on and I appreciated that and would recommend him to anyone

I was checked in promptly and was called back before my actual appointment time. The nurse was courteous and respectful while taking my information and the X-ray tech was in just after she left the room. The doctor had read my x-rays before he came in and could tell me exactly what was wrong and how to make it better. I was in and out quickly! Great service and bedside manner!

Dr. Hansen is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever had. He is very patient, takes the time to explain everything and answers all the questions. He is a skilled surgeon, is meticulous about avoiding infections, and I have only wonderful things to say about him and his team. So very glad I found him!
