TCO’s Kennewick surgery center achieves AAAHC Accreditation

Tri-City Orthopaedic Clinic (TCO) is pleased to announce that our Kennewick surgery center recently achieved a three-year accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Pursuing accreditation demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, founded in 1979, is the leader in ambulatory health care accreditation with more than 6,000 organizations accredited nationwide. For more accreditation information, please visit the AAAHC website.

We believe our patients deserve the best care. Our certificate of accreditation verifies that AAAHC expert surveyors – physicians, nurses, and administrators who are actively involved in ambulatory health care – have closely scrutinized our facility and procedures. The examination is consultative and educational, presenting best practices to help organizations improve their care and services. AAAHC Accreditation achievement is proof that we have met the rigorous standards of this nationally-recognized third party.

The accreditation process challenges us to better serve our patients as we continuously strive to improve the quality of care we provide.

TCO’s Kennewick Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) performs complex outpatient joint and spine procedures more economically and efficiently than a traditional hospital. Learn more about the benefits of our ASC here.
