Mission Statement

“Our Mission Statement is to provide first-class musculoskeletal services to the local community in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment; one in which we would be happy to treat our own families.”

Our mission statement is not a plaque on the wall or a cliché that we toss around without thought or care. Our mission statement is the standard we hold ourselves to as we provide care to our patients. It defines our thoughts and actions in the present while working towards the future.

“If you need orthopedic care this is the group to see. They have you covered, regardless of the body part. And I can tell you first hand they only know “quality of care”! I have seen several in this group and they are the best!” – TCO patient

“The local community”

At TCO, we believe in the importance of community and giving back. Each year, we provide funding support to a variety of community based organizations. We gladly sponsor local high school sports teams, community activities, community initiatives, and other local charities. For Example:

A group of twenty five TCO employees descended on a Habitat for Humanity home and primed the entire interior helping a deserving family get one step closer to their dream of home ownership.

The Tri-City Dust Devils, owned by the San Diego Padres, have been a staple in the Tri-Cities for 15 years. In 2016, TCO had the privilege of being the Dust Devil’s team doctors. TCO doctors held mini clinics for the players with hands on instruction keeping these professionals in peak performing condition.

Our Surgery Center is an AAAHC accredited facility. We believe our patients deserve the very best when it comes to their care. When you see our certificate of accreditation, you will know that AAAHC, an independent, not-for-profit organization, has closely examined our facility and procedures. It means we as an organization care enough about our patients to strive for the highest level of care possible.

“Comfortable and welcoming environment, one in which we would be happy to treat our own families”

When orthopaedic care arises in your family where would you take your own mother or father? TCO prides itself on a family environment where we treat you like our own. Instead of us telling you, here is what patients are saying about TCO.

“I have enjoyed being a patient of yours (off and on of course), for the past fourteen years. Every member of the family that has needed orthopaedic services has gone to you because of the way I was treated there. THANK YOU.” – TCO patient

“The entire staff was excellent at making me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. The Doctor was great at giving my husband discharge instructions.  Everyone was so nice to me, even though I was very stressed.” – TCO patient

“The staff made me feel important and the warm inviting smiles made me feel at ease. They seemed genuinely concerned about my health and experience.” – TCO patient

“I’ve seen 50% of the providers at TCO and each has been professional, proficient in their skill, knowledge and treatment, and most importantly, each has treated me with compassion and concern.” – TCO patient

“I felt compelled to take a minute and drop you a quick note. First of all I must say I have never encountered such a compassionate and professional staff. Everyone was so willing to explain what was going on step by step and gave me reassurances that everything would be fine. As you know I was very scared of what was going to happen and they were a great help in putting my mind at ease with the whole procedure. Your staff are, in my opinion, truly remarkable.” – TCO patient

At TCO, our patients are our family.
